We are urging concerned residents to sign our petition to the NJ Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) on the renewal of the Title V Operating Permit for Diversified Global Group (DG3) in Jersey City.

DG3 has been identified as a significant source of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), posing severe threats to air quality and public health.

The facility releases 1.9 tons of hazardous air pollutants (HAPs), and specifically Ethylene Glycol, a substance known for its detrimental impact on the central nervous system, heart, kidney, and potential fatality.

DG3 consistently exceeds emissions limits, which has the ability to increase the risks associated with respiratory issues, irritation of the eyes, nose, and throat, and increasing the risk of diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, lung cancer, asthma, breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, and liver cancer.

Please sign our petition to DEP asking for immediate action to address the environmental hazards posed by DG3. Your signature supports our demand for a healthier future, protecting our community from air pollution's harmful effects!
