We are looking for a Public Relations Manager (PRM) Officer to organize and oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders, media and the public in GCC region.
As a PR Officer, you should be an organized and cool-tempered professional who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills. If you are also confident in your public speaking and project management abilities, we'd like to meet you.

Reports to

Associate Director, PR

Responsibilities

Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies in GCC Region;
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management;
Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.);
Prepare and distribute press releases;
Organize PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as the company's spokesperson;
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising;
Address inquiries from the media and other parties;
Track media coverage and follow industry trends;
Prepare and submit PR reports;
Manage PR issues.

General Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in PR role;
BSc/BA in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications or a related field;
Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print);
Background in researching, writing and editing publications;
Proficient in MS Office and social media;
Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus;
Strong communication ability (oral and written);
Excellent organizational skills;
Ability to work well under pressure;
Creativity and problem-solving aptitude;
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines;
Understand business priorities, anticipate business needs and plan for the future;

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with experts in the fields of biology and machine learning to develop novel algorithms for designing protein drugs
Analyze, research, and develop product features using advanced structural biology and AI methods
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code
Integrate the developed algorithms into protein generation and analysis pipelines and the platform
Ensure that the code and components comply with internal quality standards

General Requirements:

I. Education

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/PhD degree in Computer science, Maths, Physics, Bioinformatics, Computational biology, Programming.

II. Experience and Skills

+ years of experience in Python programming.
Knowledge of protein analysis libraries (Biopython, Prody, etc.).
Experience with Docker, VScode, Numpy, Pandas, PyTorch.
Continuous Integration and Continuous Deploy/Delivery tools (Gitlab)
Knowledge of OOP, design patterns, software architecture and algorithms.
Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
Knowledge of bioinformatics, chemoinformatics, structural biology, or related fields.
Familiarity with machine learning applications and pipelines.
The ability to work autonomously and successfully as part of a team.
Knowledge and understanding of deep learning concepts and algorithms would be advantageous.

III. Desirable skills

Background in ML/DL and application to biological and structural data.

Bachelor's degree/Master's degree/PhD degree in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Chemoinformatics, Structural biology, Computational biology.

II. Experience and Skills

Background in Computational Chemistry, Structural Biology, Biophysics, or a related field.
3 years of experience in protein engineering projects (design and optimization of biologics)
Familiarity with or expertise in biomolecular free energy, stability, thermostability, etc. calculations.
Experience with protein-protein docking algorithms and software, as well as knowledge and understanding of the algorithms themselves.
Proficiency in Python, Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Git, PyMol, Biopython, Prody, and protein design and evaluation software.
Knowledge of a software development pipeline, specifically GitLab.
The ability to quickly test hypotheses with prototypes.
The ability to work autonomously and successfully as part of a team.
Knowledge and understanding of deep learning concepts and algorithms would be advantageous.

Adaptation of existing and creation of new GAN models for predicting new materials, fine-tuning model parameters based on validation results

General Requirements:

3+ years of experience in DataScience and ML
Deep understanding of the architecture of neural networks down to the level of individual nodes (GAN, transformers)
Python ML (Pytorch, Tensorflow, etc) & DS libraries, SQL, git, ssh, bash, make
Experience in geometric ML (graphs, point clouds), especially Graph Neural Networks
Experience in tabular ML and featurization tasks
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

More than 5 years of experience in searching, reading and systematizing scientific literature: articles, patents, monographs
Basic knowledge of Data Science methods

Knowledge of methods of computer modelling from first principles (ab initio methods, molecular mechanics, solid state modelling)
