Hey Bob, I don't want to overvalue the comments that people are putting on videos as being so influential, but both myself, Corky and Gordon commented (without realizing each other had commented at the time initially) on this video giving references to some of the authors you provided above. I don't know if you can see them, but we did get replies so definitely some people can see them. Gordon's comment was exceptionally well written and thorough, mine was much shorter. Due to the fact all comments were public I will paste a copy of them here incase they aren't visible to you, you will see that Corky mentioned Hutchison, so it's conceivable this is how Robert drew the connections. I suspect he may have even watched some of your material by this point as the MFMP was mentioned in ALL of our comments.

The information Gordon is sharing with you is as far as I can tell no way an appeal for money (if I am wrong I apologize). As far as I can tell he is simply saying how I think many of us are now starting to see things. I think if you actually look into lattice confinement fusion mentioned in this very video you will find that at it's core it shares some similarities to the work of Kennith Shoulders in that the EVOS Gordon describes have an affinity to accumulate in metal. There is some quantum effect taking place that allows for sub atomic interactions. I think lattice confinement fusion is an attempt to over-simplify what is really going on in such systems. I have not and will not ever expect this technology to come to fruition via traditional channels of industry, as I consider it too disruptive. This is why I wait keenly as the barriers to individual self research as more and more information comes out along with more affordable and accessible technology may ultimately facilitate individual self research in these areas. I suspect you have made up your mind already, but if not I would suggest you look into some of the historical research and references Gordon mentions and "keep your mind open" (as cliche and con-man-like as that sounds) to the possibility that perhaps the names being given to some of these new technologies mentioned such as "lattice confinement fusion" are not entirely complete and accurate descriptions of what is going on, and there may be other historic precedents you can refer to, that show there may be a broader phenomenon at work. And if at the end of the day you choose to believe it is indeed merely "lattice confinement fusion" at the end of the day. You will be happy to know that assuming it's not a scam or about to be derailed in some horrendous catastrophe, there is a company called "clean planet" in japan (that you may want to look into), that is releasing industrial hot water boilers for factories in Japan next year based on what I understand they believe to be "lattice confinement fusion". (I have no financial interest in any organization related to cold fusion, other than so much as if it becomes available buying it would allow me to run a greenhouse in the winter to make food, without needing to spend as much money on building materials, which I feel may be important in the coming decade)"

And Robert is conveniently not mentioning John O'M Bockris. Investigated for fraud 3 times by his university for producing excess tritium in his Fleischmann/Pons reactions and completely exonerated, 3 times. Which means he proved F/P correct.

The fact that you give ANY credence whatsoever to the preposterous claims of Mark LeClair and NanoSpire pretty much discredits your entire argument. I have a copy of LeClair's "LENR results" and they are utter nonsense. His ludicrous claim of producing copious amounts of "ionizing radiation" and "every element in the periodic table" from cavitation is simply false. His "results" are just detritus from his equipment, such as small pieces of leaded brass. Anyone who believes LeClair's crapola for more than thirty seconds has no credibility. Please note that LeClair himself and his nutty buddy Serge Lebid no longer make these ridiculous claims.

The IC3's mission is to serve as a vehicle to receive, develop, and refer criminal complaints regarding the rapidly expanding arena of cyber crime. The IC3 aims to give the victims of cyber crime a convenient and easy-to-use reporting mechanism.
Complaint Status
The IC3 receives thousands of complaints each month and does not have the resources to respond to inquiries regarding the status of complaints. It is the IC3's intention to review all complaints and refer them to law enforcement and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction. Ultimately, investigation and prosecution are at the discretion of the receiving agencies.
Evidence
It is important that you maintain any evidence you may have relating to your complaint. Evidence may include canceled checks, credit card receipts, phone bills, mailing envelopes, mail receipts, a printed copy of a website, copies of emails, or similar items. Please keep the items in a safe location, in case you are requested to provide them for investigative purposes.
